We collect: (a) full name, email, phone, and password; (b) CNIC or passport image for identity verification, collected once at registration; (c) booking details including check-in/out dates, payment method, and payment receipts; (d) device type, operating system, IP address, and usage analytics; (e) approximate location only if you grant permission; (f) reviews, messages, and photos you submit voluntarily.
We use your data to manage your account and verify identity, process and confirm bookings, send notifications and confirmations, manage your in-app wallet and loyalty points, personalise recommendations, improve our services, comply with applicable laws, and enforce our Terms of Service.
Golden Lodges operates an in-app digital wallet. Credits are issued as refunds or loyalty rewards and may only be used for future bookings — no cash withdrawals. Wallet deductions may be applied by administrators for property damage, rule violations, late checkouts, fraudulent activity, or unpaid dues. You will receive an in-app notification with the reason and amount for any deduction.
CNIC and passport images are collected once at registration for guest verification purposes. Documents are stored securely and are accessible only to authorised administrators. They are used solely for identity verification, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance.
Our loyalty programme awards points for eligible confirmed bookings. Points are credited after an administrator confirms your booking. Milestones unlock complimentary stays claimable via WhatsApp. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
Payments are made directly to our verified accounts (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Meezan Bank). We do not store full payment details. All bookings require a payment screenshot for verification. Refunds are issued as in-app wallet credits, not cash transfers.
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share information with property managers or co-hosts to facilitate your booking, with payment processors, with analytics services under confidentiality, and with law enforcement when required by law.
We implement HTTPS/TLS encryption for data in transit, access controls limiting data to authorised personnel, session management, and secure credential storage.
We retain personal data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services and comply with legal obligations. You may request account deletion by contacting us.
You have the right to access the data we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, request account and data deletion, opt out of marketing communications, and withdraw location access via your device settings. Contact goldenlodges1@gmail.com to exercise these rights.
To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, email goldenlodges1@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" from your registered email address. We will process your request within 30 days.
Our services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
